In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deliver professional development programs that inspire and equip our leaders. Your work will align with our brand new Leadership Strategy and Framework, and the Roadmap to Leadership Excellence—ensuring our people have the skills, mindsets, and confidence to lead with impact. 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Create interactive learning experiences: Design and facilitate engaging programs in face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid formats, using cutting-edge adult learning principles. From bite-sized modules to immersive, multi-day sessions, your sessions will captivate and inspire. 

  • Facilitate with impact:  Lead sessions using modern contemporary facilitation techniques and interactive tools to ensure a memorable and impactful learning experience for all participants.  

  • Develop top-tier learning materials: Craft participant resources, presentation decks, and facilitator guides that reinforce and embed learning. 

  • Evaluate and refine: Continuously measure program effectiveness, gathering insights to enhance impact and ensure alignment with our strategic goals. 

Your objective is to foster a culture of leadership excellence and high performance that supports the university's strategic objectives. By December 2025, you'll have developed sustainable professional development options that impactfully contribute to our leadership and performance culture.  

What you bring 

  • A degree in a relevant field, or extensive experience in Learning and Development, and facilitation, or a combination of qualifications and experience. 

  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, with a passion for exploring innovative learning techniques. 

  • Digital dexterity – the ability to think creatively about how learning can be delivered differently through digital platforms. 

  • Strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure quality and consistency. 

  • Demonstrated experience designing learning and assessment resources for a variety of delivery models, from in-person workshops to online and blended learning.
