About the position

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from interested professional staff to undertake a 6 month secondment within the Education Services team based at the Bundoora campus. This HEO7 role involves coordinating the activities of the Online Education Design team, working closely with the Manager and Senior Designers to plan work with the Schools and supporting the Education 2030 project.

The role would suit someone who is experienced in strategic planning and project management and especially skilled utilising tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Powerpoint and Jira. This opportunity will commence early to mid July and run for 6 months.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have;

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data analytics.
• Strong research skills, with the capability to undertake surveys, focus groups and user testing.
• Strong organisation and information management skills.
