About the position

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Student Voice and Partnerships, the Senior Coordinator, Student Voice and Partnerships coordinates design, delivery and continuous improvement of institution-wide, and industry collaborative initiatives that foster student voice and engagement, leadership, mentoring and partnership.

Leading a dedicated team, this position ensures student engagement programs deliver a cohesive, high-quality experience. The position plays a key role in shaping how students engage with the University, ensuring programs are high-impact, well-aligned and embedded within the broader student experience framework. Working across academic and professional areas, and with external partners, to drive initiatives that enhance student belonging, leadership capability and connection.

Skills and Experience:

To be considered for this position you will have:

  • Experience developing innovative solutions and contributing to strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve stated outcomes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (Cth) and the Student Services, Amenities, Representation and Advocacy Guidelines (SSARA Guidelines) made under that Act, as it relates to the use and management of Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF).
  • The ability to be responsible for program/system development and implementation.
  • Proven experience and success in managing staff performance and development.
  • Intercampus travel will be required.
