    About the position

    Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, Corporate & Reporting, the incumbent will be responsible for the coordination and production of timely and accurate financial and management transactions, analysis and reporting (Dashboards), budgeting, general ledger account reconciliations and core Finance system maintenance and integrity.

    You will contribute to the provision of high quality, efficient and accurate financial information/reporting to internal and external parties as required on a prompt and consistent basis. This includes performing tasks requiring the application of professional knowledge and experience to a range of issues and circumstances requiring considerable interpretation. 

    Skills and Experience

    To be considered for this position, you will have

    • An undergraduate degree in any area relevant to the position with at least 4-5 years subsequent experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience. 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively in small teams. 
    • Demonstrated organisation and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage several different projects concurrently. 
    • Proven ability to focus on objectives rather than procedures and precedents. 
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve stated outcomes. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that enable clear and articulate presentation of complex information in a meaningful and useable form, particularly in report writing and preparing and delivering presentations 
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills 
    • Proven strong experience in utilizing financial systems and tools (including advanced level in Excel incl macros /PowerBI/PowerQuery) to produce meaningful analysis and reporting with a view of providing succinct meaning summary to finance leadership team
