 The La Trobe Rural Health School invites internal applicants to apply for a full-time, continuing opportunity as a Lecturer in Anatomy and Physiology at our Bendigo campus.

This teaching-focused role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering engaging, high-quality learning experiences and who thrives in a collaborative, student-centred academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and coordinate teaching in anatomy and physiology across a range of health-related disciplines.
• Use innovative and interactive pedagogies, including high-tech learning spaces and online modalities.
• Contribute to curriculum design and review to support excellence in learning and teaching.
• Engage in scholarship and professional development aligned with the discipline and teaching practice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across LRHS and contribute to broader academic and administrative duties.

About You:

• PhD or equivalent accreditation in a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated success in teaching and subject coordination in blended and/or online learning environments.
• High-level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster positive student and staff relationships.
• A commitment to continuous improvement, equity, and inclusive practice.
