About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Campus, you'll be a key player in this senior role, to help bring to life the university’s Regional Growth and Innovation 2030 Strategy particularly through building strong relationships with community, industry, partners and stakeholders. This is your chance to shape meaningful collaborations that deliver opportunities for students and staff – from internships and research projects to events and outreach programs.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Driving partnerships with local businesses, community organisations, and government
  • Coordinating impactful engagement, initiatives and events with key stakeholders
  • Promoting the campus and university through these relationships with community, industry and partners
  • Supporting programs like Regional Connect to enhance student experience
  • Contributing to a wider regional team to create a consistent engagement strategy across campuses

About You
You’re an experienced professional with a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, ,  community development and have an eye for detail for delivery through activities, and events. You thrive on collaboration, are proactive, and have a knack for creative communication.

You will bring:

  • A relevant degree plus 4 or more years of experience (or equivalent knowledge and experience)
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
  • A flair for content creation and promotional communication
  • Confidence working both independently and within a passionate team
  • Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic, changing environment
