Details - Senior Learning Librarian - Health

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Senior Learning Librarian with expertise in the health disciplines to join our Library Learning Services, Health team at La Trobe University.  The Senior Learning Librarian contributes to student success and a positive student experience in the five health-related Schools at La Trobe by collaborating with academic staff and stakeholders to connect library programs and services to the curriculum.  They work closely with team members to develop and deliver academic, digital, and discipline-specific literacy services, and provide teaching academics with quality learning resource options to support equal access for all students.

The successful candidate:

• Has extensive experience in teaching health research skills including evidence-based practice and systematic reviews
• Enjoys working collaboratively with key stakeholders and colleagues
• Can demonstrate knowledge and skills to plan and develop digital learning objects, programs and modules specifically around supporting students in the health Schools

The Library Learning Services (LLS) team comprises specialists distributed across five campus locations, dedicated to enhancing the learning experience and academic success of our students.
