Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact through research? La Trobe University invites applications for the position of Post Doctoral Research Fellow: Teacher Wellbeing. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-quality research in the School of Psychology and Public Health under the leadership of Professor Monica Thielking.

Position Overview:

  • Location: Bundoora Campus
  • Employment Type: 0.6 FTE, Fixed-term
  • Classification: Level B Research Only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and publish high-impact research.
  • Collaborate on and independently produce research papers, conference presentations, and publications.
  • Engage with industry and community partners to ensure research outcomes are effectively communicated and adopted.
  • Co-supervise Higher Degree by Research (HDR) postgraduate students.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of research ethics applications, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Essential Criteria:

  • Completion of a PhD or equivalent research experience.
  • Strong track record of publications and conference presentations.
  • High level of organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in qualitative data analysis, preparation of ethical applications, and engagement with stakeholders.
