  • HEO8- $108,932 - $124,567 per annum plus 17% superannuation

 

About the position

Reporting to the Pro Vice Chancellor of Learning and Teaching, The position of Learning and Teaching Advisor sits within the Education Services Division and is critical to structuring educational experiences and facilitating the implementation of learning and teaching transformation programs and activities.

The Learning and Teaching Advisor is responsible for collaborating with schools to implement innovative pedagogical design and delivery, which includes frameworks, guidance, and resources.

 

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have

  • A degree in an area of study relevant to learning and teaching with substantial extension of the theories and principles, learned through experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the application of educational theories, design principles, and assessment techniques to enhance learning experiences and activities.
  • Proven track record of innovation and effectiveness in the design of assessments and curriculum, at both a subject and course level.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and developing professional development and facilitating professional learning activities to support and advance the effective use of pedagogical approaches, assessment design, and digital technologies.
  • Ability to co-design and interpret requirements in the design, development and constructions of learning assets, activities, assessments, or whole subjects for an optimum student experience
