The Digital Experience Specialist, reporting to the Senior Digital Experience Specialist within the Digital Experience and Innovation team, is responsible for creating and maintaining consistent, high-quality digital experiences across the university’s web and digital channels. This hands-on role supports marketing campaigns and prospective student engagement by ensuring all digital outputs meet branding, accessibility, and governance standards. Operating within a data-driven, MarTech-enabled model, the Specialist collaborates with university stakeholders, UX, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver connected, optimized experiences that align with organizational objectives and drive student engagement and conversion.
Essential Criteria
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Extensive experience in delivering digital experiences across various platforms and channels, including content management systems and martech tools, with a strong focus on optimising usability, accessibility and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate digital experience projects, set priorities, monitor workflows, and lead or coach others within a cross-functional marketing environment.
- Expertise in supporting marketing campaigns, engaging prospective students, and using analytics and web metrics to enhance conversion outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail, including the application of usability techniques, accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.2), and interpretation of relevant policies and legislation.
