About the position

The HIV PozQoL Partnerships Project is a pilot study to co-develop and evaluate the ‘PozQoL Partnerships model’; a patient care model and implementation protocols to integrate PozQoL across networks of HIV clinical, community and peer services, to enhance HIV care coordination and strengthen shared care partnerships.

This project involves two localised networks of HIV clinical, community and peer service providers in priority areas of Greater Western Sydney and outer Melbourne. These two networks comprise nine organisations.

This project will involve: co-design workshops with participating organisations; supporting the  networks to implement the model, and collect and aggregate their own evaluation data; and conducting staff surveys, client interviews and co-review workshops. Evidence from this pilot study will inform a future grant application for a larger and longer-term implementation project that embeds the PozQoL Partnerships model in diverse service networks and resource contexts across Australia
