About the position
The Admissions and Scholarships department is committed to the seamless implementation and execution of administrative processes that support both the University's admissions and coursework scholarships, including Government scholarship and bursary programmes.
The responsibility of this position is the provision of confidential and high-level project support, governance and executive support and services to ensure the effective and efficient administration of the office of Director of Admissions and Scholarships.
Key projects for the remainder of 2026 will be focussed on reviewing and optimising admission policy settings. This will suit someone with project and research expertise in admissions or university environments more broadly.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Degree and/or subsequent administrative, project and executive support experience or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
- Strong Organisational, time and workload management skills, including the ability to effectively and efficiently coordinate and priorities tasks to meet competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exposure to busy Admissions and Scholarships, Student Administration or Student Services environments highly regarded.
