About the position
In this role, you will provide specialist advice, develop tailored support plans, and proactively engage with students to enhance their academic success and overall university experience. You’ll work closely with academic and professional staff to coordinate interventions for ‘at risk’ students and connect them with the right support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised advice and case management to support student success and retention.
- Monitor student progress, conduct proactive outreach, and identify support needs.
- Collaborate with academic and support teams to address student challenges.
- Contribute to student engagement initiatives, workshops, and events.
- Maintain high-quality records and provide reports to inform student support strategies.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- A relevant degree and experience in student support or case management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to student wellbeing and equity.
