The Employability Programs team within the Student Experience and Employability Division is seeking an experienced and collaborative team member to coordinate the Industry Mentoring Program – a high-impact initiative that connects La Trobe students with professionals across a range of sectors.
This is a unique opportunity for an internal applicant to lead the ongoing delivery and growth of a successful program, while supporting broader employability initiatives across the University.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of the Industry Mentoring Program, including mentor and student recruitment, matching, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage the mentoring platform (MentorEase), event planning, inbox support, and ongoing improvements to enhance user experience.
- Develop and deliver promotional activities, events, and resources aligned to La Trobe’s Career Ready Advantage framework.
- Support team activities including job approvals, event delivery, and CRA Award submission reviews.
- Collaborate closely with La Trobe Talent, Alumni, Schools and academic staff to enhance program reach and impact.
