We are seeking a skilled Administration Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations including first level financial approver of all expenditure and actions staffing changes, manage staff, and drive continuous improvement across our School's administration. This role reports to the Senior Manager and plays a key part in ensuring timely and effective support for our academics, students, and programs.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a dedicated administration team
- Manage workflow allocation and resource coordination
- Provide high-level support and policy guidance
- Improve systems and processes through innovation and training
- Support strategic and operational goals across the School
About You:
- Tertiary qualification and extensive experience in administration or management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret and apply policy in complex environments
