We’re looking for a passionate and driven Consultant, Leadership, Capability & Performance to help us in achieving our aspiration of an engaging culture that optimises the performance of every employee. In this role, you’ll be part of the People and Culture Division, working across the University to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-wide initiatives focused on leadership, performance, capability and employee experience.
You’ll support, lead, and facilitate programs and initiatives that drive engagement, lift performance, and help our people thrive. Whether it’s coordinating projects, leading programs, facilitating workshops, or working behind the scenes to ensure seamless delivery, you’ll bring energy, initiative, and a strong focus on outcomes.
This is a hands-on role that will give you the opportunity to work across a range of exciting initiatives that make a real impact. As part of our Leadership, Capability & Performance team, you’ll be surrounded by passionate professionals who care deeply about the work we do – and the people we do it for.

Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have
- A passion for creating great employee experiences and enabling others to perform at their best.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across multiple locations.
- A relevant degree and experience, or an equivalent combination of knowledge and skills gained through training or professional practice.
- Demonstrated experience working on enterprise-level performance or employee experience programs – ideally in complex or large organisations.
