As a Functional Analyst – Scheduling Systems, you will play a pivotal role in supporting La Trobe's scheduling, partnerships, and curriculum management applications. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders from Student Administration, Course Management, and other business areas to deliver effective system solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and enhancing student-related scheduling and curriculum systems.
- Supporting continuous improvement through system configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Leading system-related initiatives and supporting project delivery.
- Analysing and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Providing high-level support, training, and advice to system users.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in managing enterprise-level student or education-related systems.
- Proficiency in system analysis, integration, and configuration.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
