About the position

This role consists of Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) work to enhance the experience for staff and students through the proactive, sustainable development, maintenance and improvement of University facilities, grounds and amenities. In this dynamic role, you’ll use your sound administrative skills and responsive style to ensure best customer outcomes are delivered.

You will;

  • Deliver a range of I&O front desk functions including face-to-face, online and telephone customer enquiries
  • Administer work requests and high risk permits and provide access to facilities and areas within campus as well as day-to-day I&O related administrative processes
  • Work with a range of internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to contractors, academic staff, students, onsite tenants and businesses

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have;

  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role or a strong customer service mindset and commitment to meet timelines
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with a range of stakeholders and within a team environment
  • High attention to detail with an aptitude to work with a variety of software packages
  • Be available to work 5 days per week onsite on a rotating weekly roster of 8am – 4pm and 9am – 5pm
