To be eligible, you must (a) Have casual experience totalling at least two (2) teaching sessions at La Trobe University in the previous two (2) years; (b) Have not held a continuing position in a university in the previous three (3) years.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
· Deliver high-quality teaching in physiotherapy, including lectures, tutorials, practical classes, workshops, clinical sessions, and online/blended/face-to-face modes.
· Coordinate subjects and provide constructive, timely feedback to students.
· Participate in curriculum design and continuous improvement, embedding employability skills and evidence-based teaching.
· Lead and implement teaching improvement projects at subject, course, or discipline level.
· Contribute to knowledge transfer and build relationships at a local level.
· Undertake administrative duties as required.
About You
· Registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
· Recognised standing in the discipline, with demonstrated effectiveness in teaching, curriculum development, and subject coordination.
· Evidence of innovative teaching initiatives and evaluation of their effectiveness.
· Ability to influence the teaching practice of others and engage with the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse staff and students.
· Knowledge, expertise, and skills in key areas of physiotherapy..
